Customise your lesson: Abdominal shape up? Relax before you sleep? Still a beginner? Begin the program by entering your age, weight and aim for health. It will automatically create a course that's suitable for you from various yoga poses. The number of exercises for one day and yoga course will be determined according to your profile - body physical age and yoga level (from beginner to advanced).
* Voice recognition: Use your voice to navigate through the program: pause, repeat explanations and fast forward can be controlled hands free by the player's voice. Even beginners can experience yoga at their own pace.
* 3D reproduction of yoga poses: Over 200 poses approved and motion captured by a certified instructor. Use your stylus to change camera angles or zoom up in order to understand better each pose and reproduce it perfectly.
* Set up gradually from easy pose: The program records your daily results and will judge your skill level based on play time and performed poses. This tracking system allows the program to gradually offer you harder combinations.
* Breathing games: Evaluate your breathing techniques through two breathing games to relax yourself better.
* Learn more about Yoga: Test and improve your knowledge of yoga. Consult the glossary of yoga terms: a list of professional standard vocabularies that are used in actual yoga lessons.
